How Flamblocker CF7 works

Flamblocker CF7 is a biodegradable, proven liquid additive designed to be mixed with (sea)water to significantly enhance firefighting effectiveness in these demanding conditions.

Due to its unique physical and chemical characteristics, Flamblocker CF7 cools up to six times faster than water alone and, critically, maintains its cooling capacity after deployment. This sustained cooling effect allows heat to be drawn out of materials over time, reducing overall system temperatures rather than merely suppressing surface flames.

From a fundamental fire-science perspective, combustion requires three elements:

• Oxygen

• Fuel

• Heat

Together, these elements form the well-established fire triangle. If any one of these components is sufficiently reduced or removed, combustion cannot be sustained.

Flamblocker CF7 directly targets one of these critical components—temperature. By rapidly and continuously lowering heat levels, CF7 disrupts the combustion process at its core, significantly reducing the likelihood of re-ignition.
