    During fire suppression, a saponification process creates an insulating layer that separates oxygen from the fuel surface, significantly reducing the risk of re-ignition.

  • Rapid cooling down effect - the liquid droplets cool burning material by rapidly absorbing heat from it, and then turn to inert steam and evaporate.

  • Inert steam - binds burning free radicals and toxic gases with Flamblocker inert Steam, so if there are any people in the area, they can breathe without problems. This creates an operator-friendly environment, which is especially important.

  • Adiabatic cooling process - a unique and effective process which cools the air by evaporating the Flamblocker liquid agent and moving heated air away from burning materials.

  • Saponification - Foaming process - Flamblocker liquid agent possesses powerful controlled chemical and mechanical properties to form a thin protective layer on the surface of a burning fuel and prevent re-ignition.

Center of Excellence/Test and Research facility.

Flamblocker is proud to announce the collaboration with the Karlovac fire fighting team (JVP Karlovac) for the development of a joint Centre of Excellence and Test and Research facility in Karlovac Croatia. This centre or Test and Research centre will be developed in the upcoming months and will function as the Flamblocker research centre.

The Centre and Test and Research Centre will be located in the Croatian city of Karlovac.

The Centre of Excellence/Test and Research Centre will be available to all manufacturers and developers of fire fighting equipment, developers and manufactures of extinguishing agents and developers and manufacturers of other products and services for the fire fighting industry.

Goal of the centre is to become the leading test and research facility in the Balkan and beyond, enabling developers and manufacturers to test their technologies and products in real and operational circumstances to obtain valuable knowledge and data.

Alongside the test and research centre, the Centre of Excellence will become an established knowledge and information centre for firefighters worldwide, gathering and providing valuable information and knowledge that can be shared amongst the fire fighting world.
